Clavia's referral program rewards you for introducing friends to Clavia.ca.

Share your personal link, your friend saves on their first order, and you earn Clavia store credit. Here's exactly how it works.

1. How it works

Sign in to your Clavia account and copy your personal referral link. When a new customer opens your link and completes their first order, they receive 10% off and you receive store credit based on the value of that order.

2. Reward tiers

Store credit is calculated on the friend's order subtotal, before taxes and shipping.

Friend's first order (subtotal) | Your friend gets | You earn

Under $100 | 10% off | No credit

$100 – $499.99 | 10% off | $25 store credit

$500 – $999.99 | 10% off | $50 store credit

$1,000 – $1,499.99 | 10% off | $75 store credit

$1,500 and up | 10% off | $100 store credit

The 10% discount is always for your friend only. Your reward is the store credit shown above.

3. Who qualifies

• The 10% discount is valid for new customers only — one use per person, on a first order.

• You must be signed in to a Clavia account to generate a referral link and receive credit.

• You can't refer yourself. Orders placed on your own account, or using your own link, don't earn credit.

• The discount can't be combined with other promo codes and doesn't apply to gift cards.

4. When your credit arrives

Store credit is issued to your Clavia account after your friend's first order has shipped and the return window has closed (typically 30 days from delivery). This protects the program against returned or cancelled orders.

5. Your friend's privacy

We never email anyone on your behalf. Your friend enters their own email address at checkout, so every message we send is one they've consented to — in line with Canada's anti-spam law (CASL).

6. Using your store credit

• Credit is applied to your account and can be used toward any future Clavia order.

• Credit has no cash value and can't be withdrawn or transferred.

• Credit is valid for 12 months from the date it's issued.

7. Program changes

Clavia may change or end the referral program, or adjust reward tiers, at any time. Credit already earned will be honoured. We reserve the right to withhold credit for orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these terms.
